A theme is a group of items about the same problem or request. Theylore keeps them current as new feedback arrives.
How themes form
Claude assigns each item a theme and product area. Items that fit no existing theme start a new candidate, which is promoted once it reaches 15 items in 30 days.
What you see
- Volume and trend per theme, for example "Slow exports" +18% this month.
- Sentiment split and top example quotes.
- Source mix: help desk, reviews, surveys, inbox.
- One-click export of every item in a theme to CSV.
Custom themes
On the Scale plan you can define your own theme list. Claude then classifies into your taxonomy and flags items that fit none of it.
