Data we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company name.
• Customer feedback you connect or upload, such as tickets, reviews and survey answers.
• Basic usage data, such as pages viewed and errors, to keep the service working.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: classification, sentiment and urgency scoring, churn-risk flags and the weekly digest. To do this, Theylore sends feedback items to the Claude API, a third-party processor. We do not sell your data and we do not train models on it.

Retention and deletion

To delete a source and its items, email contato@theylor.dev from your account address. We remove deleted data from active systems within 30 days. Email us to delete your account.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

Your rights

Under the Brazilian LGPD and similar laws you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Write to contato@theylor.dev.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will notify account owners by email.
