Last updated: January 2026. These terms govern your use of Theylore at theylor.dev. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Theylore analyzes customer feedback you provide and returns themes, sentiment and urgency scores, churn-risk flags and a weekly digest. Analysis is produced with Claude and may contain errors. Review important decisions yourself.

Your account

Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to upload the feedback you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not use Theylore to break the law, upload data you have no right to process, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell it without our written consent.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly and are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Your data

You own your data. You give Theylore permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Theylore is not liable for indirect damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
